With her friendly yet fierce disposition, lawyer like knowledge of the business and over 13 years of Southern California Real Estate experience, Mary is an essential part of the Schneider Properties Real Estate Team.

Born and raised in Northern California, off the coast of Mendocino, Mary knew real estate was something she was interested in from a young age. She went on to earn her BA in Communications from University of California, San Diego and has been a South Bay resident since early 2015. The South Bay has a sense of community that is unrivaled and embodies a healthy, outdoor lifestyle that is hard to duplicaer. "There really isn’t a better place to live and I love being able to help clients explore the in’s and out’s of South Bay neighborhoods in search of their dream home.”

Her end game is her client’s success and has been a part of our $560 Million in real estate sales.  This year Mary has sold over 10 homes to date and has helped numerous clients of the Schneider Properties Team feel comfortable and confident throughout what is typically a high stress and exciting life experience.

Mary and Nick work closely together in all Schneider Properties day to day activities and with our trusted clients. She also enjoys partaking in real estate marketing strategy and planning.
